Shipping

Currently, shipping is to Canada and US except Hawaii and Alaska.  We will be shipping to other country in the very near future.  All our products are shipped from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.  Products are usually shipped via Purolator or FedEx or UPS depending on the destination address within 24 hours of order.  Most goods are warehoused in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  For items warehoused in Italy, the delivery time will be longer.  An email will be sent to the customer on the estimated arrival date.

Delivery service averages 4 to 12 days depending on the destination address in Canada.

Special Limited Time Promotion:

Free Shipping for orders CAD $150.00 and over, before tax.  For orders under CAD $150.00, a flat fee of CAD $12.00 will be charged for Canadian addresses and CAD $25.00 for US addresses (except Hawaii and Alaska).  

 

 

Back-Orders and Special Orders

If your item is not in stock in our Canadian Warehouse, we will ship the item to you with a longer delivery time.  A customer service person email you with the estimated arrival date.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Every product sold by rachelverapelli.com undergoes a careful quality control and is covered by a 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date and ask for a product exchange, store credit or refund.

 

The right to cancel a purchase only applies to personal non-commercial use.

Before creating a return request make sure that all the following conditions exist:

 

• The tag must be still attached and the seal unbroken
• The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received
• All original accessories, included free gifts, must be returned with the product

 

It is NOT possible to return:

 

• Personalized products
• OUTLET products

 

Products in the Specials page can not be refunded. You can only ask for a product exchange or a store credit.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

You will receive a refund within 4 weeks and it will amount to the cost of the returned item excluded restocking fee which is 10% of the product value. You will receive an email when the amount is transferred. We will use the payment method you choose. If you choose the refund to be credited to your credit card, please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank.

 

When you require a product exchange or a store credit we will refund the total value of the product.

 

Returns shipping expenses will not be refunded. Rachel Shaw Enterprises Inc. will cover the cost of sending the product back to you if you have requested a product exchange.

 

It is possible to return products that you have already exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date of the original order. You will have the possibility to exchange the product again or receiving a store credit. The product will not be refundable.
